Healing Your Nervous System to Manifest the Life You Desire

As a child, I experienced extreme abuse and trauma that left my nervous system in a constant state of chronic stress response. I never felt safe, always looking over my shoulder for my abusers. This childhood experience imprinted a core belief of “I am unsafe” deep within my psyche.

Little did I know, this underlying feeling of unsafety was being projected out into the universe, attracting more experiences that mirrored that same frequency. I was unconsciously manifesting my reality based on this core vibration, not what I was consciously trying to create.

A prime example was my ongoing financial struggles. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t seem to get ahead – I was constantly worried about being able to pay rent. These financial difficulties were simply a reflection of the “I am unsafe” frequency I was emanating from my dysregulated nervous system.

R.J. Spina‘s teaching resonated with me – it’s crucial to remove the “mud” within before piling on more knowledge and tools. After all, we attract who we are at our core, not just what we say or do.

So I turned my attention inward, focusing on regulating my dysregulated nervous system. The key was my breath. When I am in fight-or-flight mode, my breathing is shallow and rapid. But when I am calm and at peace, my breath is deep and slow.

I realized that when I was stressed about finances, I didn’t recognize how that anxious state was being projected out into the world. I was literally creating more financial insecurity and lack in those moments through the vibration I was emanating.

To counteract this, I decided to consciously create moments in my day to cultivate the feeling of safety and relaxation through deep breathing. I started with the Wim Hof breathing technique, doing it twice daily. I then incorporated DMT-style breathwork, combined with the Wim Hof method and soothing nature sounds and drums. This powerful somatic practice helped me repattern my nervous system, shifting it from constant stress to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

The results were profound. As I healed the core vibration of “I am unsafe” within my nervous system, I began to effortlessly manifest the stability, security, and abundance I desired. Paying rent, which used to be a constant struggle, became easy. I was no longer unconsciously projecting an energetic frequency of victimhood and lack.

You see, we are always manifesting – not just when we’re consciously trying. The life we experience in each moment is a reflection of the core vibration of our nervous system. Instead of layering on more techniques, it’s vital to address the root cause and regulate that nervous system first.

Through dedicated breathwork and nervous system healing, I was able to shift my baseline frequency from “unsafe” to “safe.” This has unlocked my manifesting potential in ways I never thought possible. I encourage you to explore these practices and witness the profound changes in your own life.
