Since my awakening, I’ve come to realize a few things. The concept of time doesn’t intrinsically exist. It is a manmade construct. In my “spiritual” experiences, which some may call “out-of–body” experiences, there was no such thing as time. There was no distance either. Time and distance are limitations that don’t exist outside of this body.
Navigating The Spirit Realm
In one of my out-of-body experiences, (which you can read here), I explained how I navigated the spirit realm. When I focused on going to a specific location, I found myself there immediately in consciousness. This meant I was fully present without any need for physical travel, as there was no real distance to traverse. In the physical world, traveling from the West Coast to the East Coast takes time due to the distance involved. However, such limitations do not exist in the spirit realm.
Only The Experience is Real
During these experiences, I could not revisit the past or leap into the future. If I wished to experience something, I engaged with it in the present moment of consciousness. Here in the physical realm, we tend to believe that the past exists because we experienced it, but it only exists as a story in our minds. I could easily alter that story without physically going anywhere. Ultimately, only the experience itself is real. I can only experience the past “right now”. I cannot travel to the future; when it arrives, it can only be engaged with “right now” in the present moment. Therefore, the only true existence is this moment. “Right Now” The past and the future only exist as a “story” in our minds.
We are not human; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
I AM
Every time I find myself out of body, I am acutely aware of my existence. I AM. I am only aware of the present moment. THERE ARE NO THOUGHTS. There is no brain to generate thoughts. Thoughts are specific to the brain which exists only in the body, so when you leave the body, you leave the thoughts. What we refer to as the ego arises from this body and mind. Upon leaving the body, thoughts dissipate; what remains is pure presence, awareness, and consciousness. The concepts of “I was” or “I will” cease to exist.
The “will” of man is different than thoughts
When you are OUT of your BODY, you don’t think. Instead, there is only intention or will. If I choose (or “will”) to experience something, it happens instantaneously. I can “intend” or “will” to be somewhere without having a single thought. If you identify as your thoughts, if you identify as a human, it can be challenging to grasp this reality.
We are NOT our thoughts
My most significant revelation occurs when I return to my body after an out-of-body experience. I transition from a limitless existence to a state of limitation. I shift from a space of no thoughts to being aware of a voice within this body that speaks to me. With each out-of-body experience, I further realize that I am not the voice in my head; I am pure consciousness, and thoughts become more like distractions—akin to radio signals that I can choose to connect with or disregard.
What are you listening to?
Listening to the radio serves as a good analogy; I can select a frequency to tune into. There are numerous frequencies available, but I don’t perceive all of them simultaneously. I choose which one I want to be conscious of, and I can also opt to ignore them altogether.
I am not the radio station, nor am I the frequency. I am simply aware of them and can choose to engage with them.
Thus, it would be absurd to claim that because I am listening to a frequency, I am that frequency. Thoughts operate similarly; they are interference like radio signals or stations that we can choose to tune into.
The mind can not be present
The past and the future are where the ego resides—it cannot exist in the present moment. They are merely stories formed within the mind. The mind is either ruminating about a past hurt or worrying about a future event. The true essence of who we are exists in the present moment. We are pure awareness, capable of choosing whether to be limited by tuning into specific frequencies.
If we tune into a specific thought or frequency long enough, we might begin to believe that we ARE that frequency.
In reality, it is just an experience, separate from our true selves. The same applies to our thoughts.
You are consciousness itself
I delve into these ideas more thoroughly in my course, “Why Am I Here?” The essential takeaway is that you are not the voice in your head; you are consciousness itself. The past and the future are illusions; only the present moment is real.
You are not the frequency you tune into; you are the awareness that chooses to engage with those frequencies and experiences.
Help For Your Journey
I’ve dedicated my life to helping people discover their true selves. Many of us feel constrained by patterns and programs that make us feel trapped. Living in our heads can be overwhelming, but it is possible to experience life free from constant thoughts. You don’t have to engage with negative mental patterns designed for failure. Instead, you can embrace a life beyond your mind. Remember, you are the creator of your reality; you can choose to create rather than react.
If you’re looking for support on your journey, I am available for coaching sessions. My course, [Why Am I Here], is also an excellent resource. When combined with a coaching session, this approach has proven transformative for my clients, as it allows me to focus on your unique challenges and help you overcome them rather than teaching the basics.
